Our take down policy

Music Preserved is committed to making the recordings in its collection available for public listening.  However, if an item is in proven violation of copyright, we will remove it.

If you have found an item that you believe should not be available to users, please notify us by complaining in writing to hello@musicpreserved.org.uk, providing us with your contact details and the basis of your claim.

On receipt of a complaint, we shall acknowledge it by email.  We shall make an initial assessment on its merits, and, pending our inquiries, may remove or disable access to the relevant material.
